Year 8 have been exploring their creativity in design this week. Some of our very talented pupils have been looking at product design from the drawing stage to prototype stage. The results have been fantastic! From rocket shaped water bottles to Harry Potter lightning strike bottles, I'm sure you would agree, their efforts are truly commendable.
Meanwhile, another year 8 group have been experimenting with tie dye techniques. Today was the big reveal where the material was unbound to see the overall effect.
Incredible colours and patterns have been created but it doesn't stop there! The next stage will be to use the material to create a further product testing a range of skills in the design process. Excellent work year 8!
